　　JLC hydraulic oil filter trolley handles unqualified hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, gear oil and other industrial oils. This machine is usually equipped with a three-stage or more than three-stage filtration system, and it can also be configured with more than five-stage filtration according to customer requirements. The equipment is light and flexible, and the operation is simple. The equipment has a heating function. In the case of cold northern weather, it can heat the oil to reduce the viscosity and filter. The treated lubricating oil has low emulsification value, high filtration accuracy and low impurity content, which can meet the requirements of filtered parameters and can be used repeatedly in high-precision hydraulic, pneumatic and lubricating equipment at home and abroad. This machine can also be used for long-distance and high-lift refueling and oiling. It is suitable for various lubrication purification and regeneration treatments in petroleum, chemical, mining, metallurgy, electric power, transportation, machinery manufacturing, railway and other industries.

　　working principle:

　　It adopts three-stage filtering and impurity removal function. First, the oil to be treated is sucked under the positive pressure of the oil pump. First, the fine particles are filtered from the first-stage stainless steel filter element with a precision of 80 microns. Remove the metal particles inside, and finally pass the third-level high-precision polymer material filter element to filter out particles larger than 3 microns, so that the cleanliness of the filtered oil can reach NAS6 and a higher level.

　　Operation method:

　　1. The machine is placed on a relatively flat ground or in the car box, carefully check whether the whole machine is loose, pay special attention to the connection part of the motor and the oil pump, it must be tight and concentric.

　　2. Connect the power supply correctly and check whether the motor rotation direction is correct.

　　3. Connect and tighten the inlet and outlet oil pipes. Please note that the oil outlet pipe and the oil outlet must be fastened.

　　4. After fixing the oil inlet and outlet pipes, the motor button is started, the oil pump starts to work normally, and the filtered oil is the purified oil.

Domestic or imported brands can be selected for oil pump and electrical related main components, or explosion-proof is required. Imported filter element or designated brand can be used for filter element.
