　　Quenching oil vacuum filter is mainly used to deal with unqualified quenching oil, lubricating oil and other low viscosity industrial oil. Due to the influence of production environment and process conditions, quenching oil will always be seriously polluted (surface protective agent, solid particles and carbon deposition, oxidation degradation products of oil products, oxides, dust and other impurities brought by the workpiece, etc.); the following negative effects (change of quenching characteristics of oil products, dirt on the surface of workpieces, accumulation of a large amount of oil sludge at the bottom of oil tank, and impact on safety monitoring system) The sound and heat exchanger are seriously polluted. As a result, serious consequences (extra cleaning of the workpiece and oil tank, cracking of the component surface, inconformity of the metallographic structure of the component, extreme wear by shot blasting and unstable quenching quality) are caused.

　　Quenching oil vacuum filter can continuously remove solid particles, oxidized sludge and water in quenching oil. It can be very convenient to directly connect with the oil tank; the oil outlet at the bottom of the oil tank (the dirtiest part of the oil is connected to the oil inlet of the oil filter); after deep filtration of the equipment, the oil outlet of the equipment is connected with the oil return port of the oil tank. The results of fine filtration and purification of quenching oil: meet the requirements of component heat treatment, improve the surface quality of components; greatly reduce the follow-up treatment; make the quenching oil tank cleaner; ensure the stable cooling characteristics of oil; keep the heat exchanger and transfer device clean.
