  The dehydration of lubricating oil by the original vacuum oil filter is generally carried out in the vacuum system by increasing the temperature and reducing the pressure to make the water vapor therein. Such a treatment method requires a long period of repeated cycles to complete, even if the current most advanced three-dimensional evaporation technology is used, the lubricating oil with too much water content needs to be processed repeatedly; in order to improve the performance of the oil filter Dehydration speed, on the basis of maintaining the original vacuum negative pressure dehydration, we have introduced advanced coalescence and separation technology, that is, the vacuum oil filter not only relies on the vacuum system for dehydration, but also uses the coalescence and separation made of wood fiber imported from Italy. The filter element directly removes 80% of the water in the oil. This filter element has strong water repellency and lipophilicity.   The vacuum oil filter in the past, whether it is planar evaporation or three-dimensional evaporation, they all emphasize the removal of liquid water in the oil under vacuum negative pressure. Planar flash evaporation realizes dehydration by heating up the oil in a vacuum tank. Not only its dehydration time is long, but also the dehydration accuracy is poor. Although three-dimensional flash evaporation increases the vacuum tank in the oil circuit to extend the oil stay in the vacuum tank Time to increase its dehydration function. This method contains a large amount of liquid water oil can indeed improve its dewatering effect, but its shortcomings are also obvious. In order to increase the oil circuit in the vacuum tank, it is necessary to put a large number of reaction rings (reaction devices) in the vacuum tank. The increase of the reaction ring is like "refilling the sea", but it reduces the volume in the vacuum tank. The more the rings, the less the effective volume of the vacuum. We know: "The dehydration effect of the oil at a certain temperature under the same vacuum degree is proportional to the volume of the vacuum tank. Secondly, the three-dimensional flash evaporation cannot remove the water in the oil. We know that the water in the oil in addition to a large amount of liquid water (H2O), there is also a small amount of water, that is, dissolved water, free water and saturated water. Although this kind of water accounts for a small proportion in the oil, if it is not effectively removed, the treated lubricating oil will re-emulsify after being placed for a certain period of time.

  It is not easy to deal with this kind of micro-water, because the molecular structure of this kind of micro-water is relatively special, and the molecular chain is very short, such as a kind of hydrogen peroxide saturated with water, which is composed of two oxygen molecules and two hydrogen molecules. Liquid water is composed of one oxygen molecule and two hydrogen molecules, and its molecular chain is twice as long as that of saturated water. We know that the shorter the molecular chain, the better its stability, and the longer the molecular chain, the worse its stability. This difference in molecular structure makes micro-water extremely stable. It cannot be solved by the vacuum decompression method of general planar or three-dimensional flash evaporation.

  The dual three-dimensional flash and microgram technology we are now using is the technology of the 1990s, and it is constructed based on the properties of micro water. The compound three-dimensional flash evaporation is based on the original three-dimensional flash evaporation and a vacuum tank is added and connected in series, and the original reaction device is respectively placed in two vacuum tanks. In this way, not only the dehydration volume of the vacuum tank is greatly increased, but the oil is flashed twice in two vacuum tanks in the oil filter. It can take advantage of oil temperature and negative pressure to make the speed of the molecules in the oil reach 80% of the speed of light, thereby making the water molecules The molecular structure of water is changed, and the molecular structure of normal water is separated and volatilized.

  The adoption of    microgram technology enables all kinds of moisture in the oil to be completely removed, so that the treated oil will not be re-emulsified and polluted, and the normal operation of equipment (especially imported equipment) is guaranteed.

  Now, the oil filter produced by other domestic manufacturers generally uses planar evaporation technology for dehydration (that is, the heated lubricating oil is directly dehydrated in an empty vacuum tank) and monomer three-dimensional flash evaporation technology. In this way of dehydration, one is that the dehydration time is long, the other is that the index is low, and the third is that only saturated liquid water can be removed, and the water in an unsaturated state cannot be removed.

  If the planar flash technology can remove the normal water in the oil, and the three-dimensional flash can improve the efficiency of the normal water of the oil filter, then the double three-dimensional flash can increase the efficiency of the oil filter from the normal water to a new one. Limit, and microgram technology can fundamentally and thoroughly remove all kinds of moisture in lubricating oil.

  3. The impurity removal technology combining mesh filtration and polymer adsorption replaces the traditional pure mesh filtration.

  In terms of impurity removal, other oil filter manufacturers use pure mesh filtration, that is, filter through various filter screens or filter elements made of filter cloth and filter paper. This kind of filter element uses the pore size of its mesh to filter out impurities, so that impurities larger than the pore size can be effectively filtered, but fine impurities smaller than the pore size cannot be solved. If the pore size of the filter element is too small (generally less than 5μm) The oil cannot pass, and the current domestic filter elements can only be controlled at a β3 value greater than or equal to 200.   The oil level control of the oil filter unit is a very important problem. If it cannot be effectively solved, the oil filter unit will run out of oil (that is, all oil is drained from the cooling system). To solve this problem, many manufacturers have thought of many methods. Some use manual control, that is, install a ball valve on the inlet and outlet pipes. The oil level is controlled irregularly by the operator to switch the ball valve. This kind of control cannot be left because the vacuum negative pressure enters the oil, and the oil level fluctuates quickly. , Some use float valve mechanical control, but the sensitivity is poor, especially when the filter oil foams, the accuracy of the oil level cannot be correctly reflected. At the same time, the float valve is easy to damage and difficult to maintain. Our self-developed technology "double-warp external line liquid level control system" can completely solve this problem. It collects signals by scanning up and down infrared rays and then transmits them to the main control part. The main control part directs the solenoid valve to automatically adjust to achieve automatic balance of oil in and out. In this way, the oil filter can not only fully realize the separation of man and machine (that is, 150 Hours without human monitoring), at the same time, the lubricant equipment can be processed on-site without stopping production.

  2), using German 3UG3 phase relay

  The protection of the oil filter is an important part. If there is no necessary protection, the oil filter will not work normally, and the personal safety of the operator will not be protected.   3), multiple interlock protection device

  This device is to interlock the vacuum pump, oil pump, and heater of the oil filter unit. Whether there is a problem in any part of the vacuum pump, oil pump, or heater, or the oil filter unit has a phase loss, short circuit, overload, or oil drain blocked And other phenomena, it can realize automatic shutdown and alarm, thus completely avoiding dry burning, oil running, leakage of the oil filter, etc., so that the oil filter can operate safely under any circumstances.

  4) The three-in-one cooling method greatly improves the service life of the oil filter

  In addition to the above-mentioned glass fiber cotton filter element, there is a more important reason for the rapid aging of the general oil filter: because the vacuum pump oil is polluted by water vapor, the vacuum pump oil is emulsified by secondary pollution, which reduces the vacuum pump. The lubrication coefficient of the oil wears out the rotary vane of the vacuum pump and cannot increase the vacuum degree. In the oil filter industry, natural air cooling is currently commonly used. Natural air cooling cannot turn 80°C hydrangeas into water in a very short period of time. In this way, a part of the water vapor will be taken into the vacuum pump, causing the vacuum pump oil to be emulsified, and the vacuum cannot be improved. The blades in the vacuum pump will be damaged due to wear due to the emulsification of the oil, and the service life of the vacuum pump will be shortened. It is through forced media cooling of 80℃ water vapor before entering the forced air cooler, and finally through the cooler water cooling, all the water vapor is condensed into water, collected in the water collector, and then completely excluded from the oil filter. It is not only related to the energy consumption of the oil filter, and the speed of the heat energy, but also directly affects the release performance of the oil filter. Generally, because of its extremely uneven distribution of resistance and concentration of hot spots on the surface, it is not only easy to cause heater aging and reduce the life of the heater, but more importantly, the oil will return to high temperature when it passes through high hot spots.
