  (1), close the air switch, the power-on indicator on the panel is on; observe whether the phase sequence relay indicator is working, otherwise change the power supply;

  (2), turn the emergency stop button to the open position;

  (3), close the oil inlet valve, circulation valve, drain valve, seepage valve, water separator inlet and outlet oil valve and water separator isolation valve, ballast valve, backflow valve, sampling valve, and open the other valves.

  (4). Manually start the vacuum pump (the green button of the vacuum pump on the panel of the electric control cabinet), the vacuum pump runs, and the running indicator light is on;

  (5) When the vacuum degree in the system reaches -0.065Mpa; open the oil inlet valve, and the system starts to inject oil under the action of the pressure difference;

  (6). When the oil enters the vacuum separator and reaches the infrared upper control point, the oil pump (green button on the oil pump on the panel of the electric control cabinet) automatically starts and starts to run, and the indicator light is on;

  2. When the demulsification and dehydration of the water separator are fully in normal working condition, the isolation valve of the water separator can be opened, and the closed valve seepage valve and drain valve can be checked to make the separated water settle in the water reservoir;

  Oil filtration and water distribution process: oil intake → heater → primary filter → water separator → vacuum separator → oil pump → secondary filter → fine filter → oil discharge.

  (9), water release operation:

  When complete water settles in the water reservoir and reaches the upper part of the liquid level pipe, it should be released in due course.

  1. Close the two shut-off valves of the water separator, open the air seepage valve and the drain valve, and the water flows out from the water reservoir;

  2, after the water is exhausted, close the air leakage valve and the drain valve of the water reservoir, and open the two shutoff valves of the water separator;

  (10). When oil foam is deposited in the defoamer, the return valve should be opened at an appropriate time, and the return valve should be closed after the oil has been sucked up.

  (11). When the oil outlet is overpressure (the oil outlet valve is not opened or the fine filter is blocked, etc.) (setting value ≤ 0.3mpa), the pressure controller works and the whole machine stops working. When restarting, you need to press the emergency stop button (red button/knob on the panel of the electric control cabinet), and then turn right to reset.

  (12). If necessary, open the circulation valve to make the system process oil form an internal circulation and improve the process oil index.

  (13) The sampling valve on the outlet pipe of the oil pump facilitates regular sampling of the treated oil for laboratory analysis. This ensures that the equipment can be kept under stable working conditions, and at the same time the condition of the filter of the ZJD oil filter unit is checked. After the machine is operating normally and the oil is circulated several times, samples can be taken from the sampling valve for testing.

  1. When it is necessary to stop, first turn off the heater (turn the heater rotary switch on the electric control cabinet panel to the "0" position, and the heater stops heating), and then close the oil inlet valve after 3 to 5 minutes. Open the drain valve, suck the oil in the heater and the water reservoir into the system for the next work. When the oil in the water reservoir has been sucked up, close the shutoff valve, stop the vacuum pump (the red button on the vacuum pump on the electric control cabinet panel) and open the valve. Lift the vacuum.   2. In case of emergency during operation, press the emergency stop button (red button/knob on the panel of the electric control cabinet) immediately, the machine will stop working, and close the oil inlet valve or open the ballast valve to release the vacuum. To resume work, open the oil inlet valve or close the ballast valve, and turn the emergency stop button (red button/knob on the panel of the electric control cabinet) to the right to reset;

  In order to ensure that the equipment can be started at any time in the future, and there will be no performance changes during storage, we must take the following measures:

  ①. If you do not plan to use the oil filter multiple times within a short period of time, remove the oil inlet and outlet pipes.

  ②. Clean the oil filter and discharge the dirty oil. Put caps on the ends of all pipes to prevent dirt from entering.

  ③. Remove the power cord.

  ④. If the top cover is not equipped, the electric control cabinet door should be locked.

  ⑤ After the correct shutdown, the oil filter should be cleaned, drained and the equipment should be refilled with oil.
